1. The robot successively grabs the products and feeds them to 6 machine tools. When the machine is finished processing, the robot first takes out the processed products, then puts them into the unprocessed products, and then puts the processed products into the upper and lower bin.
2. when the finished product is taken out, the product is blown in the machine tool, and the blowing device blows the fixture clean. (the air blowing device is set in the machine platform) to blow the cutting liquid on the product, and then the product is moved to the lower silo.
3. The clamping space between the three stations of the two products is different, so it is not allowed to share the hand claws, so it is necessary to switch the hand claws (add the quick changing hand claw module);
4. Increase the sampling platform, and check the stability of machining accuracy at regular intervals.
